Rob Livingstone - Owner
Rob's baseball career consisted of numerous Canadian National tournaments, 3 years as part of Team New Brunswick 18u and the New Brunswick Canada Games team. Rob was also invited to the 18u Team Canada camp. Rob's collegiate career consisted of stops at Husson College (NAIA), Southern Union State Junior College (NJCAA) and Jacksonville State University (DI). Rob is also the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Williams College and the Director of Livingstone Speed Academy, LLC. Rob has 14 years of strength and conditioning experience, along with 4 years of sports management experience. Over his coaching career, Rob has trained numerous Olympic and professional athletes. He has also trained five, 1st round MLB draft picks and two, 1st round NBA draft picks. In addition to his work with collegiate and professional athletes, he has trained elementary, middle and high school student-athletes. Coach Livingstone has been a strength and conditioning coach for Jacksonville State University, the Philadelphia Phillies Organization, Jacksonville University, the University of Georgia and Norcross High School. He has also managed a Velocity Sports Performance Training facility outside of Atlanta. Coach Livingstone earned his bachelor’s degree from from Jacksonville State University with a major in exercise science and a minor in nutrition. He also holds a master’s degree in physical education from JSU.
All of our coaches are current or have previously played college baseball or softball. Their experience at the elite level has equipped them with the knowledge and tools to provide clients an exceptional experience.
